A classic Japanese stir-fry featuring chewy wheat noodles tossed in a signature savory-sweet sauce. This specific version includes a "must-have" trio of green cabbage, carrots, and onions, supplemented with peas for extra color and texture.

Pulled Pork Banh Mi

Juicy smoked pulled pork topped with cucumbers, onions, carrots and cilantro then finished with a Japanese style BBQ sauce.  Add fresh sliced jalapeños for a nice kick.  Served with your choice of side.
